Order Processing All orders are handcrafted and carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframe We currently deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount in PKR ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos and your order details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
